    I enjoyed this post, but disagree with the piece about internal coaching and the inclusion of the organization's objectives. Coaching is a regulated industry and coaching an Executive towards the goals of the organization would infringe on the International Coaching Federation's Code of Ethics. In my experience, that would be mentoring.
