How can HR handle technophobes in the workplace?

    Fully agree with the proposal to make the technophobes the champions.

    Also, when implementing new technology I would suggest trying to find technology which will bring the technophobes some personal motivating reasons to use the technology first. For example in ERP implementations its often good to bring in the HR/Payroll module first so that employees can see some useful personal info.

    Your 'technophobes' may also be some of your most 'experienced' employees - how about introducing a social learning platform which these employees will find easy to use and providing a platform so they can share expertise with others - again in that mentor type role but instead of 1:1 social learning tools help to amplify their knowledge impact to many others in the organisation.
