Hi looking for some advice regarding whether or not it's feasible for an employee to relocate and be employed by a Singapore branch office corporation for personal reasons while continuing to perform and support operations back in the U.S.

Specifically, a situation whereby the employee will telework back to the US at night Singapore time to solely support US operations, but yet be legally employed by the Singapore branch office (i.e benefits salary etc. to be under the Singapore office).

Are there any restrictions that would prevent the Singapore office from accommodating such a request assuming internal HR and other relevant management are agreeable to the accommodation.
