Aon Hewitt has released its list of the best employers in Singapore for 2016, with Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore topping the list. This is the eighth time the hotel chain has appeared on this list.
Making their debut on the list are DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, and Far East Hospitality, with DHL Express Singapore, Mundipharma, and American Express Singapore completing the top seven.
In addition to being named the best employer, American Express Singapore was also recognised as the best employer for generation Y.
Aon also recognised Fedex Express Singapore for its commitment to engagement, Berries World of Learning School (TCC) Pte Ltd as the best SME employer and and the National Kidney Foundation as the best Voluntary Welfare Organisation employer.
The winners were selected based on their commitment to career opportunities, senior leadership, and rewards and recognition.
