Deloitte appoints new head of leadership practice
Deloitte has appointed Pushp Deep Gupta as the new Global Leader of Deloitte’s Leadership practice.

The practice is focused on helping organisations to develop digital leaders, promote young leaders, and build new leadership models, pipelines and programmes for emerging next generation and senior leaders.

“As the expectations from leaders change dramatically in the light of ongoing disruption, leadership development efforts need to keep pace,” Gupta said. “Organisations are challenged to reinvent how they develop their leaders in an agile and experiential way.

“It is an honour to take on the global lead responsibility for Deloitte Leadership and I am very excited to work with the global team and our clients to rewrite the rules of leadership and leadership development."

Pushp joined Deloitte in 2016 and is an executive director for Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice in Southeast Asia based in Singapore.

With over 17 years’ experience in talent and leadership consulting, Pushp will oversee the strategic growth of Deloitte’s Leadership practice.

He will focus on driving more innovation in the areas of leadership development and assessment, building robust partnerships and delivery capabilities across key markets, including markets in Southeast Asia.
