HRD’s search for Asia’s top employers has kicked off this week

Employer of Choice 2017: Entries now open
Entries for the third annual Employer of Choice report opened this week. The report will once again recognise the best workplaces in Asia based on a range of criteria.

To gain a place on this year’s report, HRD readers are urged to complete an online entry form providing details of their company’s performance across nine areas including remuneration, diversity and inclusion, communication and career progression.

The best entries will be profiled in HRD’s 2017 Employer of Choice report both in the magazine and online. Winning companies will also receive exclusive marketing collateral to support their accolade, which can be used to boost employer branding and recruitment efforts.

Last year, Metro Drug Inc was named the overall Employer of Choice (100-499 employees), Jun Obtinalla, AVP – HR of MD,I told HRD: “It is recognition that we are on the right track in continuing to deliver our brand promise. With a culture that considers the importance of people working on the front line, we deliver on our commitment to be the premier distribution partner of both local and multinational pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines, as validated by this award.”

Entries close on Friday 28 July.
