With the conclusion of the ASEAN Summit, we want to know how you feel about the possible changes the ASEAN Economic Community will bring to HR in Singapore

With the ASEAN Summit last weekend, thoughts have again gone to the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which promises to deliver greater labour mobility and create an additional 14 million jobs by 2025.
 
This has the potential to bring some large changes to HR particularly as Singapore is the wealthiest country in the region. We want to know how you feel about the AEC and whether you think this will be a positive or negative change for Singapore, HR and business in general.
