How to overcome challenges in HR tech implementation

The success of an HR technology project hinges on the diligence and effectiveness of its implementation. Too often even the best-planned projects stumble at the deployment phase, leading to budget blow outs and change fatigue as the hoped-for results remain elusive.

Having recently gone through this process, Dr Jaclyn Lee, senior director of HR and head of HR technology and analytics at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) will be sharing a case study presentation on implementation excellence at the upcoming HR Tech Summit.

Lee’s presentation will discuss how the university overcame various challenges during their deployment phase, touching on evaluation of business processes; challenges at the pilot testing and roll-out stages; the organisational, service delivery and technological constraints SUTD faced and the key lessons learned.

The HR Tech Summit follows sell-out successes in Sydney and Toronto, bringing together the leading authorities in HR technology from some of Singapore’s top companies in order to discuss the key challenges and trends changing the world of work. The unique event format offers two separate streams of content including a line-up of “Ted talk”-style Tech Talks starting at just $125.

The HR Tech Summit will be held at the Hilton Singapore on 28 March 2018. For more information visit www.hrtechsummit.com.
